I did enjoyed my stay in Shirakabaso Kamikochi Hotel. The room is cozy and clean. The view from my room was amazing!
The waitress who served me at the restaurant was very nice and friendly. I do not speak Japanese, she was patient enough to explain everything to me in english. Her smile was always cheerful! I feel very sorry that I did not ask for her name.
I will stay in Shirakabaso Kamikochi Hotel for sure if I go to Kamikochi again!
